Glossary of Subject Headings

Attendance

What are my responsibilities concerning the absence of students as well as my own absence?  How do I report an absence, how do I arrange for a substitute, and what is expected of me when a substitute is necessary?

Evaluation / Accountability

What am I, as an employee of Bullitt Central, Bullitt County Public Schools, and the KY Dept. of Ed., responsible for and how will I be evaluated?

Finance

How do I deal with money, both that which I expend and that which I collect? (POs and other forms necessary for financial transactions are here rather than in “forms.”)

Forms

Where is that form I was asked to fill out?  (All but financial forms are here; save them to your desktop or e-locker, then open and complete with the appropriate program.)

Policies

What board policies and school policies apply to this situation?

Professional Learning Communities

How do I determine my content and what help is available for delivering it most effectively?  When does the quarter end? What about PD?  Answers to these and much, much more.

PLC Document Bank

PLC materials that require a password for access.

Text Book Documents

Forms for distributing, tracking, reporting, and collecting text books.
